CONDITIONAL REBOOT

The program can be triggered to reboot a PC on a periodic basis, but only if certain programs are NOT running.

You might want to reboot your backup system every night but also use the backup system for creating your playlists.
Creating playlist could be a task that might take a long time or you might want to run that task overnight.
In order not to conflict with the playlist creator or even reboot the PC while playlist creation is active, simply add the imagename of the playlist creator to the list file specified.

The program, when triggered will then first check if any of the specified programs is running. If one is found in the process list, reboot is ommitted.
